چکیده
This paper demonstrates a non-Fourier prediction methodology of triple-layer human skin tissue for determining burn injury with non-ideal properties tissue, metabolism and blood perfusion. The dual-phase lag (DPL) bioheat model is employed solved using joint integral transform (JIT) through Laplace Fourier transforms methods. Parametric studies on the effects properties, initial temperature, perfusion rate heat transfer parameters thermal response exposure time layers are carried out. study that conductivity epidermis dermis, relaxation time, thermalisation convective coefficient critical to examine threshold. also shows exhibits negligible objective present support accurate quantification assessment reliable experimentation, design optimisation therapy delivery.

Prediction of skin burn injury. Part 2: Parametric and sensitivity analysis.
Part 2 of this paper presents an analysis of variance (ANOVA) for investigating the precedence of the various parameters, and the effects of varying these parameters, in assessment of burn injury resulting from the exposure of skin surface to heat sources. A one-dimensional model based on the finite difference method (FDM), as implemented in a spreadsheet software application, is applied to the...

15 صفحه اولTowards an Analytical Model for Film Cooling Prediction using Integral Turbulent Boundary layer
The objective of this work is to develop deep theoretical methods that are based on the solution of the integral boundary layer equations for investigating film cooling in liquid rocket engine. The integral model assumes that heat is transferred from hot free stream gas to the liquid film both by convection and radiation. The mass is transferred to the free srteam gas by the well-known blowing ...
متن کاملFunctional Characterization of Cultured Keratinocytes after Acute Cutaneous Burn Injury
BACKGROUND In addition to forming the epithelial barrier against the outside environment keratinocytes are immunologically active cells. In the treatment of severely burned skin, cryoconserved keratinocyte allografts gain in importance. It has been proposed that these allografts accelerate wound healing also due to the expression of a favourable--keratinocyte-derived--cytokine and growth factor...
